GMAT exam fee in India 2026: US$275 at a centre, US$300 online
For test takers in India the GMAT costs US$275 at a test centre and US$300 online. The fees that catch people are the ones around a date change: rescheduling inside 14 days costs US$165, and missing the 24-hour deadline forfeits the entire exam fee.

The online exam costs US$25 more and is the same test. What differs is where you sit it and what you have to arrange — a quiet room, a permitted setup and a stable connection.
Rescheduling fees, which rise as the date approaches

You cannot reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. Miss that window and the whole exam fee is forfeited — not reduced, forfeited.

Note what these numbers are: a refund, not a fee. Cancelling a US$275 test more than 60 days out returns US$110 and keeps US$165. There is no point at which cancelling is cheap, which is an argument for booking a date you are confident about rather than a placeholder.
What the fee includes
- The exam, at a test centre or online, in one sitting of about two and a quarter hours.
- Unofficial scores on screen immediately after you finish — you may not record, screenshot or print them.
- An Official Score Report in your mba.com account, with an email when it is ready.
- A GMAT Superscore, calculated automatically if you have taken the exam more than once.
Additional score reports are US$35 each. Compared with the GRE's US$40 that is similar, but the GMAT's five-year validity means you are more likely to send reports long after the test — budget for it.
