Refund Policy

Vibedu does not charge you for its services. Counselling, shortlisting, applications and our tools are free to you — we are paid by partner universities, not by students. So in almost every case there is nothing for us to refund, because there was nothing to pay.

What is free

All of it, for a student working with us:

Counselling, course matching and university shortlisting
SOP, LOR and Resume drafting and review
Scholarship matching and eligibility checks
Education loan guidance and lender comparison
Test-prep practice, mock tests and study plans
Application guidance through to departure

There is no service charge, no registration fee and no obligation to apply anywhere afterwards. Nothing in this list can be refunded because nothing in it is charged for.

What you do pay for — and who you pay it to

Studying abroad does cost money, but these amounts are paid directly to the organisation charging them, not to Vibedu:

University application fees — paid to the university
Tuition and deposits — paid to the university
Visa and immigration fees — paid to the government concerned
English test fees (IELTS, PTE, TOEFL) — paid to the test provider
Loan processing or lender charges — paid to the lender

Each of those organisations has its own refund rules, and those rules govern. Vibedu cannot refund money it never received. We will help you find the right refund process and chase it with you, but the decision is theirs, not ours.

If a paid service is ever offered

Vibedu does not currently sell a paid package to students. If that ever changes, the price and the exact scope will be set out in writing and shown to you before you pay anything, together with the refund terms for that specific service — and those written terms would govern. You will never be charged for something you were not quoted for first.

How to raise a refund or billing question

If you believe you have been charged by Vibedu, tell us and we will look into it. Email apply@vibedu.com with your name, any payment reference and what happened. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. If you do not get an answer, escalate it through Grievance Redressal.
