Refund Policy

Paid services are the exception, not the rule — almost everything we offer is free. Where a paid package applies, its refund terms are set out in writing before you pay, and those terms govern.

Free services

Our course matching, AI document tools, scholarship and loan checks, test-prep practice and counselling enquiries are free — nothing to refund.

Paid services

Where a paid service or package applies, the price and scope are shown before you pay.
Cooling-off: you may request a refund if work on your application has not substantially begun.
Once a service is delivered (e.g. a submitted application, a completed session), that portion is non-refundable.
Third-party charges (university application fees, visa fees, lender charges) are paid to those parties under their own refund rules and are outside Vibedu’s control.

How to request a refund

Email apply@vibedu.com with your name, payment reference and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. If a refund request is not answered, escalate it through Grievance Redressal.
