Treat it as one performance
- A weak answer early does not matter if the rest hold. Do not carry it with you.
- Keep the same pace throughout; speeding up as you tire costs clarity.
- Answer each question directly, then add one reason or example.
- Do not let the answers shorten as the set goes on — that is the common pattern and it shows.
Answering well under repetition
- Start speaking within a beat of the question ending.
- Give a position or a direct answer first, so the response is never shapeless.
- Develop with one reason — more than one rarely fits.
- Stop cleanly rather than trailing off.
Not knowing much about a topic costs nothing. Saying so and then reasoning aloud is a complete answer, and it sounds like real speech rather than recitation.
