About this programme
The Global Business Management Master's programme offers a range of small group formats, such as projects, seminars, and colloquia, to help you become a competent leader. A key focus is teaching the latest management skills, the ability to develop strategic structures at different levels, tolerance of ambiguity, as well as reflective and critical thinking. Aspects of sustainability management, innovation, and entrepreneurial thinking are at the forefront of the intensive work in small groups. Optional one-on-one coaching by experienced executive trainers is also available on request. Graduates of the Global Business Management Master's programme are successfully employed in leadership roles at large and established companies and organisations such as Allianz, PwC, Everllence, SAP, the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), and many others. Many also pursue a doctorate in Germany or abroad, or join a start-up after completing the programme.

Prerequisites
The Global Business Management (MSc) programme is open to all applicants holding a Bachelor's degree or who are about to graduate from a higher education programme, and it requires an aptitude assessment. Applications for the aptitude assessment must be submitted electronically by the application deadline. The programme is aimed at students who graduate with a Bachelor's degree covering competencies in business, management and economics. This includes Bachelor's degree programmes in Global Business Management, Business Administration, Economics, and German-French Management. Graduates of related Bachelor's degree programmes such as Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Law and Economics, Business Mathematics, and similar programmes are also explicitly invited to apply. Students from more distant fields of study, such as Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Law, and others, can also successfully pass the aptitude test, provided they supply the relevant proof. If necessary, additional modules may have to be completed in individual qualification areas in order to demonstrate the relevant aptitude.
