European Joint Master of Business Administration (Erasmus Mundus), AI for Business Transformation

AI for Business Transformation (“UlysseusAI”) is a two-year, full-time 120 ECTS Erasmus Mundus Joint European Master program coordinated by Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences (HH) and offered jointly with two other Ulysseus European University alliance member institutions: Technical University of Košice (TUKE), and University of Seville (USE), with cooperation of Université Côte d’Azur, University of Genoa, and Management Center Innsbruck. This interdisciplinary program enables the students to gain in-depth knowledge and competencies in artificial intelligence applied to complex business situations.More information on Erasmus Mundus programs is available here. Please note that UlysseusAI is not yet mentioned on the course catalogue, since Haaga-Helia obtained the funding in July 2026.The program is designed to attract applicants with various backgrounds in business and information technology within and outside the EU. It is in line with the latest labour market expectations as well as research, development and innovation needs, involving the collaboration of academics, companies, cities, NGOs, and our local communities as well as the collaboration with the Ulysseus Innovation Hub at Haaga-Helia UAS. The AI for Business Transformation program provides skills and competences required to work in positions situated at the crossroads of business and AI technologies. After completing the studies, the graduates will have gained an overview of how AI technologies such as machine learning, including generative AI, intelligent automation and knowledge engineering may be applied in an ethical and sustainable manner in business. Through experience gained in various real-world challenges and through evaluating the effectiveness of various AI-driven methods, the graduates will have the knowledge and skills to plan, advance and implement AI-driven business transformation projects.What makes the program particularly interesting? A practical approach to learning: combining research and theory with practice is a top priority. AI in business transformation is a timely topic, and experts in the field are in high demand. The program offers an opportunity for reskilling and transforming one's career.  Internationality: The program includes two mandatory exchange periods in the partner institutions of the program consortium. The choice of the specialization module determines the host institution of the third semester: either at USE, Spain or at TUKE, Slovakia.The students will be awarded a European Joint Master´s Degree (Erasmus Mundus) from two European higher education institutions: Haaga-Helia UAS (Finland) and the University of Seville (Spain).An annual quota of Erasmus Mundus scholarships will be available for top-performing students upon the results of the entrance exam and the regional balance.More information about the Degree Program on Haaga-Helia`s website. The next application period will be from 31 August to 11 September 2026 at 15.00 Finnish time.
