Master of Cyber Security

The Master of Cyber Security is a 180-point programme taken over 1.5 years at the University of Waikato's Hamilton campus. It gives students a thorough understanding of the technical, legal, policy and management aspects of cyber security, with coursework spanning cloud computing technologies, computer infrastructure and cybersecurity law. Students develop skills in security breach detection, defensive security measures and offensive security practice including penetration testing.
