EUR-ACE accredited master’s programme in Electronics combines a theoretical and a practical approach in development of electronics components, measurement technologies and applications for various areas in ICT technology. The master’s programme in Electronics is an international programme that strongly leans on long-standing national degree programme in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE). ECE has educated hundreds of electronic designers, testing engineers, project leaders, development managers, sales managers and researchers for international companies such as Nokia, Polar Electro, Elektrobit, Keysight, Bittium, Nordic Semiconductor and Mediatek. Electronics programme focuses on providing a wide range of skills and knowledge in three specialization fields electronics design, electronics materials and components, and photonics and measurement technology. Education which is mainly organized by Circuits and Systems (CAS), Microelectronics (MIC) and Opto-Electronics and Measurement Techniques (OPEM) research units is based on the latest research excellence and prepares students to apply their skills in working life and gives them tools for continuous learning as well.
