Fee year: the rate schedule runs Fall 2026 to Summer 2027, but the $16,510 total is stated on 2025-26 rates, so the two do not share a year. English requirement as published: TOEFL iBT 79, or IELTS Academic 6.0, or Duolingo 120, or Oxford ELLT 7. Which per-credit rate applies to you: UCM's official schedule lists a Non-Resident graduate rate of $645.00 per credit hour, a CS/CIS Graduate rate of $520.00 and a Missouri Resident rate of $430.00. Every course in this degree carries a CS prefix, and the Board of Governors FY2027 schedule settles it — its footnotes read 'Excludes Business Graduate, CIS Graduate, and CS Graduate Programs', 'Non-resident fees, if applicable, will be waived' and 'Includes CS, CIS, SE, CYBR, and DSA prefixes'. So the $520 CS/CIS rate applies to you rather than the $645 non-resident rate: at a full-time 9 credit hours a semester that is about $9,360 a year, against about $11,610 at the $645 rate. UCM states that all these rates exclude mandatory, technology, testing, programme and course fees, so those come on top.
