Students choose between two tracks: Software Engineering (systems architecture, design strategies and active directory configuration) or E-commerce and Internet Technologies (web design philosophy and server resource management). Budget the total of $16,510, not the per-year number: the page advertises finishing in 'as little as 18-24 months', and finishing in 18 months means paying nearer $11,000 a year for the same total. Fee year: the rate schedule runs Fall 2026 to Summer 2027, but the $16,510 total is stated on 2025-26 rates, so the two do not share a year. English requirement as published: TOEFL iBT 79, or IELTS Academic 6.0, or Duolingo 120, or Oxford ELLT 7. Which per-credit rate applies to you: three rates could plausibly apply to this degree, which sits in an AACSB-accredited business school but carries CIS-prefix courses — Non-Resident graduate $645.00 per credit hour, Business Graduate $560.00, and CS/CIS Graduate $520.00. UCM's Board of Governors FY2027 schedule settles it in favour of the $520 rate: its footnotes read 'Excludes Business Graduate, CIS Graduate, and CS Graduate Programs', 'Non-resident fees, if applicable, will be waived' and 'Includes CS, CIS, SE, CYBR, and DSA prefixes'. At a full-time 9 credit hours a semester the honest range across those rates is about $9,360 to $11,610 a year in tuition, and all of them exclude mandatory, technology, testing, programme and course fees, which UCM charges on top. One call to UCM confirms which rate you will be billed at, and it materially changes what the degree costs: the spread between the cheapest and dearest of those rates is over $2,000 a year in tuition alone. Before you budget: UCM's international admissions page separately publishes $24,887 as an estimated all-in yearly expense for CIS and IT students living on campus — living costs included, so not comparable with tuition.
