About this programme
The International Business Management (IBM) programme combines the education of management and international business fundamentals with responsible, growth-minded and innovative entrepreneurship. The graduates become change agents to the economy and society who are capable to respond to challenges of dynamic business environments, for example, by relying on principles of change management, sustainable leadership and growth entrepreneurship in organisation and business development.The study experience is international as class students represent many nationalities. The graduates work in many professional fields in expert and management positions in Finland and internationally covering the whole spectrum of companies from multinational corporations to start-up companies.
