About this programme

Mathematics is woven into the very fabric of financial markets and the financial industry as a whole. Mathematical methods are used for forecasting, modelling, simulation, for measuring and limiting risks, and for optimising processes and production flows. The Master’s programme in Mathematics in Business and Economics is application-oriented, and it provides strong mathematical skills with a special emphasis on mathematical areas relevant to economy and finance.
