About this programme
The Bachelor of Culture and Arts, Fine Arts program is designed as a hybrid study course, allowing students to live and create from anywhere in the world! The primary objective of the program is to empower students to develop their unique artistic expression. Expression knows no technical boundaries; your ideas, visions, and aesthetics are the guiding forces of your journey. Teachers serve as mentors and guides, fostering an environment where constructive criticism is both given and received. A key aspect of the education is the exchange of knowledge and experiences among students. The program includes one meeting of contact studies each semester at various locations across Europe. (It is mandatory to visit Finland at some point during the studies to have the original versions of your previous degree certificates verified.)Course meetings and studio visits are combined with independent studio work, monitored through individual guidance from teachers and group feedback sessions. Alongside their art practice, students engage in theoretical studies that explore art and society from various perspectives. Guest lecturers, courses, and visiting artists enrich the learning experience.
