Before you budget: two Memorial pages agree on the number. The finance page gives the course-based cohort band at CAD 2,600 per semester for international students (CAD 1,734 part-time) over six semesters, and the programme page separately states international tuition of '$1,734-$2,600/semester' — the same full-time and part-time rates. That is CAD 15,600 in total for a two-year computer science master's, and it is the lowest total cost of any programme listed here. It also matters that this degree does not carry one of Memorial's international 'special fee' surcharges: the Master of AI, MASc Software Engineering, MSc Data Science and MASc Computer Engineering each add CAD 20,282, and this programme is not on that table. Two things to check: Memorial expresses its continuance fee as '8.15% of the total program fee', which on a CAD 15,600 programme is about CAD 1,271 a semester — if you see CAD 788 quoted, that is 8.15% of the CAD 9,666 band, which belongs to a different programme tier. And because Memorial's fee table carries no academic year, confirm it is still current at the point you apply.
