The Executive MBA in Business & IT is the most flexible programme of the Executive MBA portfolio, since you can start the programme with a certificate module. The part-time programme consists of ten modules taking place in Munich at TUM School of Management or St. Gallen at the Institute of Information Systems and Digital Business at the University of St. Gallen. Core Modules @TUM – Munich: Business Processes & Technology Strategy & Organisation Finance & Accounting Digital Transformation & Entrepreneurship IT Security & Privacy Management Leadership & Cooperation Core Modules @HSG – St. Gallen: Market, Law & Ethics Ownership of Enterprise & Corporate Governance Demand & Supply Management Change Management & Human Capital In addition:  International Management & Intercultural Cooperation Module Master's Thesis Ongoing Individual Leadership & Personal Development Format: This part-time programme is designed to meet the needs of experienced IT professionals, technical experts, and digital managers.     Master’s entry qualification: a first academic degree is required, such as a Bachelor’s degree (minimum 180 ECTS), a Diplom/Magister (210 ECTS), or a Second State Examination (Zweites Staatsexamen). At least three years of relevant full-time professional experience (after first degree) are required. Initial leadership experience is an advantage. Proficiency in English (skills will be assessed during the admission process; no test results required) Completed online application including all required documents Successful completion of the multi-stage admissions process Please note: Attendance at an information session is highly recommended before you start the application process. Moreover, an individualised consultation gives us the opportunity to define your goals, discuss prerequisites and answer all remaining questions.
