Our individual leadership style analysis is a special offer for Executive MBA participants. It focuses on the development process of responsible leadership in the context of internationally-oriented organisations and companies. Core Modules: Strategy & Organisation Organisational Change & Communication Finance & Accounting Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Digital Transformation Stakeholder Management Leadership & Cooperation Elective Modules: Customise your programme based on your learning interests, choose from a wide range of elective modules and find the perfect match. In addition: International Management & Intercultural Communication Module Master's Thesis Ongoing Individual Leadership & Personal Development Format: This part-time programme is designed to meet the needs of experienced executives, professionals and managers. Learning environment: Classroom sessions, small interdisciplinary teams, constructive participant-to-lecturer ratios, case studies, company visits, evening sessions Teaching staff: The staff includes professors from TUM and other internationally renowned universities. Master’s entry qualification — A first academic degree is required, such as a Bachelor’s degree (minimum 180 ECTS), a Diplom/Magister (210 ECTS), or a Second State Examination (Zweites Staatsexamen). At least three years of relevant full-time professional experience (after first degree) are required. Initial leadership experience is an advantage. Proficiency in English (skills will be assessed during the admission process; no test results required) Completed online application including all required documents Successful completion of the multi-stage admissions process Please note: Attendance at an information session is highly recommended before you start the application process. Moreover, an individualised consultation gives us the opportunity to define your goals, discuss prerequisites and answer all remaining questions. Get in touch with a programme manager to get more information. Admission process All applications must be submitted on time and in full in order to be considered equally. As there are several rounds of applications, we generally consider all applications from one round first before moving on to the applications for the next round. The sooner you submit all your application documents correctly, the sooner we can give you an admission decision. Participation in an information session or a one-on-one consultation with a programme manager Online registration and submission of the application documents through TUMonline Evaluation of the candidate’s application documents with regard to the central admission requirements and considering the candidate’s motivation and aims for pursuing an Executive MBA Pre-selected candidates will be invited for an interview.
