We haven't confirmed this year's application window, and these dates move every cycle — so we won't print one. The official page is the only reliable source. Ask us and we'll track it for you and tell you when it opens.
Eligibility
You must already have applied for an eligible course and be classed as an overseas student for fee purposes. Different courses carry different Think Big awards and some carry several, so what you are eligible for depends on the course rather than on a single university-wide rule. Courses in the Bristol Dental School and the Bristol Medical School are not eligible for the undergraduate awards.
One form covers everything. Completing the Think Big application puts you in front of every Bristol international scholarship you are eligible for, matched against your course application — you do not apply to each award separately. The form carries its own deadline well ahead of the course start: applications for September 2026 entry closed at 10am UK time on 10 April 2026.
