We haven't confirmed this year's application window, and these dates move every cycle — so we won't print one. The official page is the only reliable source. Ask us and we'll track it for you and tell you when it opens.
Eligibility
You cannot apply for this directly, and that one fact decides how to approach it: only students who receive an emailed invitation from the university may submit an application, and the invitation follows nomination by the master's programme coordinator. The work is therefore the admission application, not the scholarship. You must be studying in France for the first time, be under 30 during the year of application, and hold admission to a master's delivered by one of the Paris-Saclay institutions — AgroParisTech, CentraleSupélec, ENS Paris-Saclay, INSTN-CEA, IOGS, Université Évry Paris-Saclay, Université Paris-Saclay or UVSQ. Anyone already holding other funding above €600 a month is excluded.
Programme coordinators nominate candidates first — for the 2026 round, by 25 March — and the invited students then apply by 31 March. Both dates sit in March for a September start, so this is settled months before most applicants begin thinking about funding at all.
