Science & Technology Undergraduate Scholarship: full subsidised tuition after the MOE Tuition Grant, S$6,000 a year living allowance, an annual accommodation allowance, and one-off S$1,750 computer and S$200 settling-in allowances Partial award
We haven't confirmed this year's application window, and these dates move every cycle — so we won't print one. The official page is the only reliable source. Ask us and we'll track it for you and tell you when it opens.
Eligibility
Read the nationality line before anything else. The NUS Global Merit Scholarship is for Singapore Citizens, and the ASEAN Undergraduate Scholarship is for citizens of ASEAN member states — India is not an ASEAN member, so neither of the two headline awards is open to an Indian applicant. The one that is, is the Science & Technology Undergraduate Scholarship: for citizens of an Asian country excluding Singapore, applying to a full-time undergraduate degree in Computing, Engineering (excluding Infrastructure and Project Management) or Science (excluding Environmental Studies and Pharmacy). Transfer applicants from another university, in Singapore or overseas, are not eligible.
Nothing separate to submit — you are considered and shortlisted through your undergraduate admission application. Two conditions are worth deciding on before you accept rather than after: recipients must take up the MOE Tuition Grant, and the Science & Technology scholarship carries a six-year bond with a Singapore-registered company beginning immediately after graduation. Renewal is assessed every semester and requires a GPA of at least 3.50 and good conduct.
