For Indian WOMEN only, and tightly scoped by field. It funds an overseas master's in social work, social welfare including child welfare, education, and the education and welfare of children with special needs — and the study must concentrate on issues relating to women. The named fields include child health, development and nutrition; counselling focused on children, adolescents and women; speech and language pathology; gender studies; psychology; public health; urban poor and rural community development; and social work. One hard procedural rule: you must have ALL your results in hand to apply, and anyone awaiting results is ineligible — the opposite of the Narotam Sekhsaria position.
