We haven't confirmed this year's application window, and these dates move every cycle — so we won't print one. The official page is the only reliable source. Ask us and we'll track it for you and tell you when it opens.
Eligibility
Check the regional restriction before anything else: several KU Leuven awards are closed to Indian applicants by design — the ASEAN scholarship is for Southeast Asia, and there is a separate one for Central and South America. The awards open to all nationalities include Inspiring the Outstanding and Science@Leuven, both of which assess academic performance and expect a high GPA. Across the scheme your previous degree must have been obtained at an institution outside Flanders.
There is no single central scholarship application. Awards are listed by academic year at kuleuven.be/scholarships, and each carries its own conditions, documents and deadline, so the work is identifying which ones you are actually eligible for and applying to each separately.
Programme-specific. Confirm the current value on the official page before you apply.
