Eligibility
KNB — Kemitraan Negara Berkembang, the Developing Countries Partnership scholarship — funds bachelor's, master's and doctoral study in Indonesia, with a minimum GPA of 2.75 for bachelor's and 3.00 for master's and doctoral applicants. It is aimed at students from developing countries, and the eligible-country list is published per cycle rather than on the programme page, so confirm India is included in the current round before you build a plan around it. Intakes are small: a recent cycle listed six bachelor's and eleven master's places in total.
Applications go through the KNB portal directly rather than through an Indonesian university, and you choose from a list of participating universities and programmes inside the application. Candidates are selected centrally and placed, so there is no separate admission application to run alongside it.
