Eligibility
You cannot apply for this yourself, which decides how to approach it. Applications are submitted solely by the French higher education institutions, nominating the international students they want to admit, and anything sent directly by a student — or by a foreign institution — is declared ineligible outright. The age guidance is up to 29 at master's level and up to 35 at doctoral level, shifting slightly by campaign year. So the work is securing a place and persuading the French institution to put you forward, not preparing a scholarship file.
