India IS on the eligible list — NAWA names it among the 36 Polish Aid countries, alongside Albania, Brazil, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Mexico and others — so this is genuinely open to Indian applicants. The constraint that catches people is recency, not nationality: your bachelor's must have been obtained no earlier than 2024, and in one of those same countries. If you graduated before that, you are out regardless of your marks. You must also not already hold a master's degree, and not hold Polish citizenship. Final-year students may apply provided the diploma arrives by the stated July cut-off.
One annual call through NAWA directly. The programme funds a master's degree in Poland, so you apply with a bachelor's in hand or imminent; it is not a route for anyone already holding a master's. Check the current call for the year's country list, which NAWA revises between editions rather than keeping fixed.
