Germany has become a serious destination for Indian students who want to study medicine, and the admission tests around it are poorly documented in India — which is where most of the expensive mistakes come from.
Start with the requirement, not the test. German medical admission depends on your school results, your German (or in a few programmes English) level, and — for some universities and programmes — an aptitude test. Which test, and whether one is required at all, varies by state and by university. Read the programme's own admission page and, if it is ambiguous, email the international office. That email is worth more than a month of preparation for the wrong exam.
What these tests measure. Medical-admission aptitude tests are not school-syllabus exams. They test reasoning under time: reading comprehension in a scientific register, interpreting figures and tables, pattern and spatial reasoning, memory tasks, and applied biology, chemistry and physics at school level. Preparation is therefore about the FORMAT far more than about new knowledge — you have almost certainly met the content.
Language comes first in practice. Most German-taught medical programmes require C1-level German, and that is a longer project than any admission test. If you are targeting Germany for medicine, the language track is the critical path; work back from the C1 date.
What Vibedu holds today, stated plainly. We do not have a DMAT question bank. Our own recommendation on this route was to licence or partner rather than build one, and no such arrangement exists yet — so what you get here is this guide and honest signposting, not practice questions. When a bank exists it will appear here and it will be reviewed before it does.
