The Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is the global association of investment professionals that sets the standard for professional excellence and administers the industry gold standard CFA charter. The organization is a champion for ethical behavior in investment markets and a respected source of knowledge in the global financial community.University of Vaasa was awarded an internationally renowned six-year AACSB accreditation for business studies in August 2024. This recognition reflects excellence and high quality in economics and business administration education and research. Less than six per cent of the world’s schools offering business degree programs have received the AACSB accreditation. AACSB is the longest-serving global accreditation body for business schools, and the largest business education networkFinance students have access to a Bloomberg Lab which is a real-world trading room simulation. It allows students to monitor and analyze real-time financial markets data and also gives understanding for the increasingly complex and globalized financial markets. Overall, the programme equips students with all the necessary tools that are needed for making decisions and solving problems.
