About this programme
Energy is connected to everyone's everyday life. Sustainable development and possible energy saving measures are constantly being considered around the world. The Degree Programme in Energy Technology and Environmental Engineering addresses the future needs of the energy sector. The objective of the Degree Programme is to equip graduates with the skills and knowledge needed in the fields of energy technology and environmental engineering, with a focus on future technological solutions in a constantly evolving external environment. Students will gain comprehensive competencies to tackle the challenges of climate change and the sustainability crisis within the energy technology sector.In energy production, we are increasingly moving to bio, solar, geo, wind and hybrid energy solutions as well as energy utilization of waste. In addition, the hydrogen economy, when realized, will change energy production and distribution systems. Education offers a place in a socially significant and challenging field. With an education in energy technology and environmental engineering, you are creating a better future for all of us.
