Technological Transformation Leadership

The master's degree programme in Technological Transformation Leadership is an interdisciplinary programme designed to prepare engineering and social and health care students for leadership roles in driving organizational change through technology.Engineering studentEngineering students can construct their degrees focusing either on technological transformation leadership or IoT through AI. Combining principles of technology management and leadership, the programme aims to develop strategic leaders capable of integrating technology with business processes. Topics covered can include for example leadership and change management, technology strategy and data-driven decision making, with a curriculum encompassing foundation courses, core courses, elective options, and a capstone project. Additionally, the programme addresses emerging issues in the Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), preparing students to navigate and leverage these technologies effectively. The core courses are the same for every student. The elective courses can be structured specifically to each student and can either focus on technological transformation leadership or on IoT and AI.Graduates will be equipped for roles such as Chief Technology Officer, Digital Transformation Manager, and Technology Consultant.
