Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Student Support Executive to ensure our students receive the right guidance, timely updates, and a smooth application experience. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, communicates clearly, and genuinely enjoys helping others succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enrolled students throughout the admission journey
  • Manage and track the student application process, ensuring timely submission of documents
  • Coordinate with internal teams (counselors, admissions, visa, etc.) to resolve student queries
  • Share regular updates with students on their application, admission, and visa progress
  • Assist students with document collection, formatting, and uploading for university portals
  • Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems with all interactions and progress
  • Handle escalations or concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Coordinate with universities and partner institutions on behalf of students when required
  • Ensure a positive student experience from onboarding to visa filing and beyond

Ideal Candidate Profile

0–4 years of experience in student support, academic coordination, or customer service (preferably in the education sector)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Empathetic, patient, and committed to providing high-quality support
Understanding of international education processes (preferred but not required)
