Job Overview

We are looking for high-performing, empathetic, and articulate Student Counselors to join our growing team. If you're passionate about education, skilled at building meaningful relationships, and experienced in international admissions, we'd love to hear from you.

• Engage with inbound leads (students and parents) interested in top-tier international education
• Conduct online counseling sessions to understand academic backgrounds, aspirations, and preferences
• Present Vibedu's guidance programs, clearly explaining benefits, structure, and outcomes
• Advise students on university and course selection based on profiles and study destinations (USA, UK, Canada)
• Schedule demo sessions with Senior Consultants and ensure smooth coordination
• Follow up with prospects post-demo to address queries, handle objections, and guide decision-making
• Support students throughout the application process, including document review and university shortlisting
• Assist with visa-related guidance in collaboration with our visa support team
• Achieve monthly revenue and enrollment targets through consultative and value-driven selling
