Vibedu Study Abroad is seeking an enthusiastic and student-focused Education Counselor for our Coimbatore office. The role involves guiding students and parents through overseas education options, admissions, and application processes while ensuring a high-quality counselling experience.

We offer end-to-end support for Undergraduate and Postgraduate admissions and aim to simplify the international education journey for students across India.
Key Responsibilities
Student Counseling – Counsel students and parents on study abroad options, universities, courses, eligibility, and admission requirements
Profile Assessment – Assess student profiles and recommend suitable countries, universities, and programs
Inquiry Management – Handle student inquiries through walk-ins, calls, emails, and online platforms
Admission Guidance – Guide students through the end-to-end admission process, including applications and documentation
Team Coordination – Coordinate with internal teams for offer letters, confirmations, and visa processing
Record Management – Maintain accurate student records, follow-ups, and application status in CRM systems
Target Achievement – Achieve individual counselling and application targets
Event Participation – Participate in student seminars, education fairs, and promotional events
Relationship Building – Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents
Market Updates – Stay updated on international education trends, university requirements, and visa regulations
Eligibility & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 1+ years of experience in study abroad counselling
- Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills
- Student-centric approach with good problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple students and deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Skills
Experience handling UK, Canada, Australia, USA, or Europe admissions
Multilingual skills (Tamil & English preferred)
Passion for helping students achieve their educational goals
Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
