Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic and proactive Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive student recruitment, build institutional partnerships, and enhance the company's brand presence across all branch locations. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, student recruitment, branding, and executing ATL & BTL marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Strategy
- Develop and implement strategies to attract potential students for study abroad programs
- Identify and establish new partnerships with universities, colleges, and educational institutions
- Generate leads through educational fairs, student counseling, networking, and marketing activities
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals set by the management
Student Recruitment & Counseling
- Guide students through the end-to-end admission process, including application, documentation, and visa assistance
- Provide detailed information on study destinations, courses, universities, eligibility criteria, and financial requirements
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and career counseling sessions for students and parents
College & Institutional Visits Across All Branch Locations
- Plan and execute visits to colleges and universities across all branch locations to promote study abroad programs
- Build strong relationships with faculty, career counselors, and student representatives at partner institutions
- Organize on-campus seminars, info sessions, and one-on-one counseling sessions to engage potential students
- Collaborate with local branches to ensure consistent messaging and student engagement during campus visits
Marketing Activities

Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with universities, colleges, and referral partners
- Work closely with school counselors, coaching centers, and other referral networks to expand outreach
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth student onboarding and service delivery
Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and revenue using CRM tools
- Prepare weekly and monthly business reports for management review
- Stay updated with the latest trends in international education, visa policies, and destination country requirements
Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in business development, student recruitment, branding, and ATL/BTL marketing activities
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel frequently to colleges, universities, and branch locations
Knowledge of international education destinations (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.)
Ability to work independently and drive results in a competitive environment
